ORANGE HAIR

yes. no.

You're probably saying "Alex, why orange hair as the title?" Well, I had orange hair for a while and I did a quick photoshoot where I wore a vintage, cheese colored dress (the sharp cheddar kind, of course). I wore my "monkey boots" as my dad calls them from my second post ever on this blog. 

I got "Hole" band clips in the mail a while ago. Now when I wear them people criticize me for liking Courtney Love. I like her style, music, and accomplishments. i don't like what she did to my little bb Kurt Cobain. But that doesn't matter. Chill, people. It's a good band.

It's a remake of the original one's that they used to sell on their old tours. I clipped them to the laces of my shoes and they look nice like that :)

Also, that's a picture from google because I was too lazy to actually photograph them.

Fishes may taste great, but they also look awesome on your orange head! I know from experience. I bought some mini plastic sea creatures from a Florida tourist shop (I live in Florida) and I glued them little whales to bobby pins, then putting them in my Lucille Ball hair.

 I know that it's blurry but my sister took the photo. i think it just looks stellar.

This photo is from my mom. So are the rest of me. I had a better idea for the photo shoot but I like the sunset. It worked out fine.

So much angst. So much feet cut off. Wow, that sounds like the scariest teen movie yet!

My mom used the flash so although it's brighter and everything, I think it looks like I photoshopped myself onto a beach stock photo. That's why I neglected to put these pictures on my blog sooner but now that I see it, the reflection and the colors are contrasting and purdy.

I actually like this one a lot.

This is the picture I took of my shoes... It was windy? It's bad but just go with it.

Yup. That'S BASICALLY it. These pictures are from a few months ago, so they do not accurately depict what I look like now, hair color wise.

This is my friend, Angianette, who came over for the weekend and we decided to make collages.

I tried to go for the twiggy/ 60s kind of feel.

I hung up a ton of Roy Lichtenstein on my wall so I have officially joined the art hoes of the world.

I look so blissful but really on the inside I'm just a bean.

I wish I was as pretty as her though.

The dress is way too big for me and it makes me feel like an old cat lady. I can see my future already. It was from a thrift shop (where else?)

So, kiddos, ever since I became one of them cool Cinematic Art beans at my super duper fayancy art school, I keep looking around for cool angles or ideas for filming and taking photography around my life. 

I found one beautiful place to take pictures in.

JUST SCAN YOUR FACE INTO A COPY MACHINE:

I moved my face at the last second so I look like I'm a reflection in a puddle.

Look at ze hair detail! Look at ze nose! 

It looks stellar compared to my phone camera which every selfie on that piece of shizzle looks like this:

SUMMARY OF MY LIFE THIS MONTH

School has been great so far, thanks for asking. I thought high school was going to be harder but it really isn't. It's nice. My birthday is coming up and I hate it. A day to celebrate my birth? Ew. No. 

I went thrifting and found a cherub statue, a jewelry holder in the shape of a hand, red jelly shoes, and high waisted shorts.

I found a really cool camera angle in the mirror of my dad's car. I won't loan you cash, though. I'm broke.

A few days ago I assembled an outfit. I know, black lipstick... a little pretentious, yes, but it goes with the outfit. 

the lighting, angle, and pixelation aren't very good here, but just go with it. I have a blue, tartan forever 21 dress over a thrifted, collared shirt with little birds on it. I am wearing shoes from my second post. I have pigtail style french braids and that's pretty much it.

I wanted to add more elements, but I'll work on it, later.

First of all, today is 9/11 so moment of silence for all we lost.
